Katherine has more than 30 years of public relations experience. She specializes in a strategic approach to communication. She is an expert in message creation and fully understands the power of results-oriented marketing and evaluation. Katherine is known for having a sharp eye for detail and is focused on success.
Katherine has experience in providing PR for public education, higher education, real estate brokers, chambers of commerce, regional economic development groups, council of governments, convention & visitors’ bureaus, U.S. Postal Service, Shriners Burn Awareness Campaigns, the DFW Medical Center Foundation, political campaigns, economic development initiatives, private industry councils, the Small Business Development Center & U.S. Small Business Administration. She has a master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.
Sam Scarborough has real estate investment in his blood. Having grown up in a family of real estate professionals, Sam has a passion for real estate development and wants to bring that passion for the betterment of Tyler and its residents. As a commercial real estate professional, Sam offers our clients keen insight into the East Texas market. He is a hard worker and always puts client interests first.
Sam holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He grew up in the Tyler area and attended Bishop Thomas K. Gorman Catholic School before entering college. In his free time, Sam likes to be outdoors - whether that be archery, skiing, or simply walking in downtown Tyler and going to Don Juans. He is a great asset to the Venue Properties team.
One of Stewart Garrett’s specialties is Self Directive IRA’s and the many investment opportunities this can bring to the table in real estate. He has “been there…done that” and can assist you in understanding investment possibilities beyond the stock market.
Flying is definitely a passion for Stewart. Not only can he fly full-size aircraft but he also enjoys flying small radio-controlled aircraft and drones. Stewart’s business, Texas Air Drones, LLC, partners with Venue Properties to specialize in Aerial Photography/Video. He is able to get some aerial shots of commercial properties.
Stewart has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry. He has a degree in Aircraft Pilot Training and a degree in Automotive Technology. As a FAA Certified Flight Instructor and a Certified Automotive Technician he spent over 30 years as a trainer and representative with a car manufacturer.
